WE ARE PET OWNERS OURSELVES: All our products are made in our little home where furry pets roam freely. If you find fur on our products, do use a lint remover to remove fur on fabric products or wash jars/cups/bottles before use.
FOR TREAT JARS / MUGS / BOTTLES: As these are handmade products, we will require to remove your product from it's original packaging to personalise them and your items will be placed on surfaces while we customise your item which may result in minor dirt, scuffs or scratches on the unseen base of the product when we're handling it as the base of the product is flat and is placed on our table during the customisation process. We ensure that visible areas (sides of jars) will be defect free with the exception of orders from our AS-IS range. We are unable to customise your order without removing it from original packaging and if possible minor scratches on the bottom of your product is not acceptable, we would advise that you do not proceed to checkout your order.
NEW PET PORTRAITS: Kindly ensure that the correct photo is uploaded for your pet. Full body drawing will only be accommodated on most print products. For all other products, only the face would be drawn for engraving due to sizing restrictions. For requests in the order notes, we will take note to accommodate to the best of our ability and further minor edits can be made when we send over your drawing for approvals. As orders are processed upon receipt, for any change in photo uploaded, a non-negotiable fee of up to SGD $7 - $25 subjected to your drawing selection type will be incurred to redraw your photo.
We're a small business in Singapore and all items in our store are handmade in our home. While we strive for perfection with your order, as humans ourselves, mistakes may be made during production, however, do reach out to us via Whatsapp at +65 8727 7852 and we'll do our best to offer a resolution to your satisfaction should the error be on our end.
Lastly, as these are customised and personalised products to your requirements thus, not able to be resold, all completed orders are non-refundable.
Due to high volume of orders, our current production lead time is 7-14 working days after approval of your drawing. Drawing lead time is at 14 working days. On average, orders are delivered within 21-28 days after order date.
If you have a set date within the 21-28 working days that you would require your order please type it in the "Special Instructions" box in this cart page so that we can take note (e.g. Need items by DD/MM).
Meanwhile, we will send your drawings for approval via WhatsApp before we print or engrave within 14 working days. Please note that we would require 1-2 working days for each drawing edits - multiple edits will result in order delays.
