We're a small business in Singapore and all items in our store are handmade in our home. While we strive for perfection with your order, as humans ourselves, mistakes may be made during production, however, do reach out to us via Whatsapp at +65 8727 7852 and we'll do our best to offer a resolution to your satisfaction should the error be on our end. Kindly check out our return policy in the Order Notice below.
Lastly, as these are customised and personalised products to your requirements thus, not able to be resold, all completed orders are non-refundable.
Due to high volume of orders, our current production lead time is 7-14 working days after approval of your drawing. Drawing lead time is at 14 working days. On average, orders are delivered within 21-28 days after order date.
If you have a set date within the 21-28 working days that you would require your order please type it in the "Special Instructions" box in this cart page so that we can take note and make our best effort to deliver (e.g. Need items by DD/MM).
Meanwhile, we will send your drawings for approval via WhatsApp before we print within 14 working days. Please note that we would require 1-2 working days for each drawing edits - multiple edits will result in order delays.
