At The Treat Jar Company, we only print drawings created by our talented illustrators. Unfortunately, we’re unable to print artwork from other artists or vendors. If you don’t yet have a drawing made by us, no worries! Just choose the "Commission NEW Pet Portrait Drawing" option, and we’d be happy to create a custom piece for you. You'll only need to commission your drawing once and the same drawing can be used across our products in store.
Your order will include a high resolution digital drawing of your pet's portrait. Prices indicated are at per pet. For additional pets, please indicate in number of pets option. For Minimalistic Toon with Large Background, this can only be printed on items with large surfaces (e.g. Storage Boxes, 2500ml Ankou, 3200ml Ankou). For smaller items, we will not be able to print this design.
Please read and acknowledge before proceeding to select your standard dog template.
All available templates are provided as-is, and no modifications in colour, size, shape, or any features will be permitted for the complimentary templates listed below. Standard dog templates are also not permitted to add ons (e.g. full body, costumes, accessories, food items or toys). For any edits or if your dog breed/colour is not available in this listing, please commission a new drawing.

Please provide us with clear and specific instructions for what you’d like included. For example, if in the add on description you mention “Something cute” or “Feel free to add whatever” or “Happy Theme”, we will NOT process your order until we have specifics. What is cute to us, may not be cute to you. To prevent any misunderstandings, we want to avoid situations where our “freestyle” interpretation doesn’t align with your expectations. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Local Delivery within Singapore

Free local delivery is available for orders over SGD $80 for Singapore orders. For orders under $80, we charge $5 for local courier delivery.

Deliveries are made within 1 - 2 days after your order is completed. 

Self-Collection

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 36 Cassia Crescent or at 324 Tampines Street 32. We will contact you via WhatsApp when your order is ready along with instructions. 

International Shipping

 

Please visit www.thetreatjarcompany.com for international orders.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Treat Jar Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied or delays from orders held in customs. It is the responsibility as the customer to contact their local customs to organise for their order to clear customs.

We only ship non-glass products internationally.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow approximately 10 - 14 days for your order to be prepared and shipped.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thetreatjarcompany@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

What is your return/refund policy?

As each item is uniquely personalised and cannot be resold, we do not offer returns or refunds for all orders. Any minor edits (to highlight features, remove markings or accessories, etc) to your order can only be made when the digital artwork is sent for approval.

Once the artwork has been drawn and you would like to change the photo sent, an additional cost of SGD $12 will be incurred.
