What does my order include?
(1) A high resolution digital drawing of your pet in your preferred style that will be sent via email
(2) Your laser engraved or embroidered item of choice
How long does it take to receive my order?
We require approximately 10-12 days to prepare your order. You will receive your drawings within 3 days after placing your order. If there are edits that need to be made to your drawing, please allow an additional 1-2 days for us to revise the artwork. Once the drawings have been approved, we will require approximately 5-7 days to prepare & ship your order. Delivery via courier will take between 1-2 days after your order is complete.
Can I only order a digital drawing of my pet without purchasing any of your products?
Our products are strictly packaged with a digital high resolution drawing included in your order. (In other words, no.)
Will I be able to see the drawing before it is engraved or embroidered?
Yes, definitely! We will only start personalising your order on our products once the drawings have been approved. You may make edits to the drawings and each edit will take 1-2 days to process.

We have opted to go with pricing our products at a reasonable price instead of marking up the prices to accommodate for discounts.
We also have AS-IS products in our store at great prices for those who do not mind minor defects on our jars.
I made an order but would like to have the same design on your other products. How can I do this?
Check out our Add On page! This is for current customers who wish to do more than 1 product of the same design.
If you were our previous customer, you can add on your items via the Add On listings for SGD $8 off the product price. We only accept drawings uploaded that were done by our designer.
Do you do last minute orders?
For urgent orders, a rush order fee of SGD $5 per item applies. Kindly contact us via Whatsapp at +65 8727 7852 to check on rush order availability. You will receive your digital drawing for approval within 24 hours, and we will process and deliver your item within 3 days after approval.
I have 2 pets in my household sharing the same treats. Can I customise more than 1 pet portrait on my jar lid or fabric products?
Yes. There would be an additional charge of SGD $10 per pet. Please include this as an add on to your order here on the listing page and select the number of pets.
How much does it cost to ship my order?
Islandwide delivery is available at SGD $5 per location and will take 2-3 working days. Free courier delivery within Singapore will be provided for orders above SGD $80.
Self-collection available at Dakota/Mountbatten area or Tampines. For friends enrolled in daycare at The Snuggery, do drop us a note to let us know that you would like your item dropped off there. Detailed address for self-collection will be provided when your order is ready.
We offer international shipping via DHL Express for orders up to 5kg to the following countries: Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, USA and Canada.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Treat Jar Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied or delays from orders held in customs. It is the responsibility as the customer to contact their local customs to organise for their order to clear customs.
We only ship non-glass products internationally. If you have glass items in your order, we will require that the item be replaced with acrylic or stainless steel items in our store.

I have my own jar/bag/hat/pouch/etc. Can I just pay you guys for laser engraving or embroidery services?
As laser engraving and embroidery are permanent personalisation to items, we do not take risks in potentially damaging your personal products in case of any error, thus, we do not offer personalisation services on products other than the items purchased from our shop.
Can the wood lids and jars be washed?
All wood lid except the ones for our 1200ml jars which are uncoated, can undergo a LIGHT rinse but must be thoroughly dried (best if sunned) before its next use. We highly recommend wiping the lids with a damp cloth to clean instead.
For our jars, we use Oracal 951 permanent vinyl stickers to personalise the names, the same ones used on vehicles and boats and it would be able to withstand a sponge wash. Do not scour the jars as it would scratch the jars and vinyls, Please also refrain from placing the jars (and lids) in a dishwasher.
If you plan to take your jars out for a treato refill, we recommend placing the jars in separate bags to prevent the jar and vinyl from getting scratched.
What is your return/refund policy?
As each item is uniquely personalised and cannot be resold, we do not offer returns or refunds for all orders. Any minor edits (to highlight features, remove markings or accessories, etc) to your order can only be made when the digital artwork is sent for approval. Once the artwork has been drawn and you would like to change the photo sent, an additional cost of SGD $10 will be incurred.
