Lion’s hooman has been a longtime supporter of The Treat Jar Company, and right now, she and Lion are going through an incredibly difficult time.

Lion was diagnosed with steroid-responsive meningitis-arteritis (SRMA) after suddenly falling ill in late August. Since then, she has undergone MRIs, blood tests, a spinal tap and ongoing treatment, with complications requiring an extended hospital stay.

As of 29 September, Lion’s hospital bills have reached S$30,000, with treatment expected to continue for some time.

We know how overwhelming it can be when you’re doing everything you can for your dog while watching the medical bills continue to grow. We’ve been through it ourselves, and when it’s someone who has supported us for so long, we wanted to do what we could to support her too.

And because Lion’s hooman is a huge Harry Potter fan, we thought we’d share a little bit of that magic with all of you. ⚡️

Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

As each item is uniquely personalised and cannot be resold, we do not offer returns or refunds for all orders. Any minor edits (to highlight features, remove markings or accessories, etc) to your order can only be made when the digital artwork is sent for approval.

Once the artwork has been drawn and you would like to change the photo sent, an additional cost of SGD $7 - 25 (subjected to drawing type) will be incurred.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Kindly allow 7 to 10 business days to receive your drawing and another 7 to 14 business days for production. On average, all products are dispatched within 21 to 28 days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

For Pet Portrait Drawings

For a drawing that closely resembles your pet (90-99% likeness), we recommend either the Full Colour Vector or the Sketched styles. Please avoid selecting the Toon drawing style if you’re looking for realistic representation, as it is a cartoon-style interpretation.

If you choose a Toon drawing with add-ons, please provide us with clear and specific instructions for what you’d like included. For example, if in the add on description you mention “Something cute” or “Feel free to add whatever” or “Happy Theme”, we will NOT process your order until we have specifics. To prevent any misunderstandings, we want to avoid situations where our “freestyle” interpretation doesn’t align with your expectations. For inspiration, feel free to check out our stories!

Please ensure that you have submitted a clear frontal photo of your pet. Side or angled photos can lead to unexpected results and more than often require many edits.

Avoid submitting Photo A and then comparing it to Photos B, C, D, or E when your drawing is completed. Each drawing is created based on the photo you submitted on our website. If you want your drawing to resemble Photo B, you must submit Photo B instead of Photo A. To maintain consistency, we will implement re-drawing charges if Photo A is submitted but edits are made based on comparisons to Photo B (or C, D, or E).

For change in photo uploaded after 24 hours, a non-negotiable fee of SGD $7-25 (subjected to drawing style) will be incurred to redraw your photo.

Local Delivery within Singapore

Free local delivery is available for orders over SGD $80 for Singapore orders. For orders under $80, we charge $5 for local courier delivery.

Deliveries are made within 3 - 5 days after your order is completed.

Self-Collection

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 36 Cassia Crescent. We will contact you via WhatsApp when your order is ready along with instructions.

International Shipping

Please visit www.thetreatjarcompany.com for international orders.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Treat Jar Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied or delays from orders held in customs. It is the responsibility as the customer to contact their local customs to organise for their order to clear customs.

We only ship non-glass products internationally.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow approximately 10 - 14 working days days for your drawing to be prepared and another 10 -1 4 working days for it to be produced and shipped.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thetreatjarcompany@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

What is your return/refund policy?
