How long does it take to receive my order?
Treat Jars
We require approximately 14 working days to prepare your order after confirmation of your drawing. Please note, during high order volume periods, drawings will take up to 7 working days - the updated duration will be indicated on the CART page. If there are edits that need to be made to your drawing, please allow an additional 1-2 working days days for us to revise the artwork. Delivery via courier will take between 2-3 days after your order is complete.Pet Tags
Pet tags will be mailed out via SingPost normal mail. Kindly check your mailbox within 7-10 days of shipping confirmation email.Do you do last minute orders?
For urgent orders, a rush order fee of SGD $5 per item applies. Kindly contact us via Whatsapp at +65 8727 7852 to check on rush order availability. You will receive your digital drawing for approval within 24 hours, and we will process and deliver your item within 3 days after approval.
