Important notes:
A product from TTJC must be added to your order for us to process this. If you would like just to commission a drawing only, you may visit Halby Illustration's website directly. Kindly note, we will only accept drawings that have been ordered via our website for printing on our products.
You will receive a sketch outline of your drawing within 7-10 working days after your order. Do make your edits for the main features and items during this phase. After this is confirmed, we will begin the colouring process for another round of final approvals. You may adjust the colours of your drawing during this phase.
You will receive a high resolution file of your drawing once it is finalised.
No further discounts will be applied to all Halby Illustration Drawings as these are already given at cost price.
CHIBI STYLE
- Chibi style drawings are less realistic - Chibi is used to draw cute characters with small anatomy proportion, chubby cheeks, big head, and big eyes; as usually used in anime.
- Details of your pet will be simplified in the Chibi style.
STANDARD STYLE:
- Standard style of drawings will be full body drawings of your pet. Kindly send relevant photos of any special markings or colourings that we should take note of.
- You may include simple accessories such as a solid colour collar or solid colour bow or solid colour bandana to the artwork. For any other accessories, additional charges will apply.
- Please be specific with your drawing requests. For example, if you request for your dog to be drawn seated, and decide to change your dog into another position, we will be required to redraw the drawing and new drawing charges will apply.
STANDARD STYLE WITH SIMPLE COSTUME OR ACCESSORIES:
- This drawing selection will include a drawing of your dog without any accessories (naked), as well as one with the requested costumes or accessories to facilitate future add ons.
- Costumes or accessories requested should have simple designs (solid colour, stripes, etc). For accessories, a maximum of 3 accessories or toys will be accommodated for this selection.
- Additional charges may apply for complicated requests for designs or excessive add ons/accessories/details. We will check in with you for additional cost approvals before proceeding with the artwork.
STANDARD STYLE WITH MINI BACKGROUND/WREATH AND FULL SCENERY:

OTHER ADD ONS:
- If you have commissioned a Halby Illustration drawing with us and would like to make edits/add ons, kindly note that no edits will be made to the existing positions/body of the pet and add ons of clothes/accessories/backgrounds will follow your existing drawing positions.
- If any changes is required for the body/position, a new drawing will have to be commissioned at full fee.
Returns Policy
As each item is uniquely personalised and cannot be resold, we do not offer returns or refunds for all orders. Any minor edits (to highlight features, remove markings or accessories, etc) to your order can only be made when the digital artwork is sent for approval.
Once the artwork has been drawn and you would like to change the photo sent, an additional cost of SGD $7 - 25 (subjected to drawing type) will be incurred.
Shipping
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Kindly allow 7 to 10 business days to receive your drawing and another 7 to 14 business days for production. On average, all products are dispatched within 21 to 28 days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
For a drawing that closely resembles your pet (90-99% likeness), we recommend either the Full Colour Vector or the Sketched styles. Please avoid selecting the Toon drawing style if you’re looking for realistic representation, as it is a cartoon-style interpretation.
If you choose a Toon drawing with add-ons, please provide us with clear and specific instructions for what you’d like included. For example, if in the add on description you mention “Something cute” or “Feel free to add whatever” or “Happy Theme”, we will NOT process your order until we have specifics. To prevent any misunderstandings, we want to avoid situations where our “freestyle” interpretation doesn’t align with your expectations. For inspiration, feel free to check out our stories!
Please ensure that you have submitted a clear frontal photo of your pet. Side or angled photos can lead to unexpected results and more than often require many edits.
Avoid submitting Photo A and then comparing it to Photos B, C, D, or E when your drawing is completed. Each drawing is created based on the photo you submitted on our website. If you want your drawing to resemble Photo B, you must submit Photo B instead of Photo A. To maintain consistency, we will implement re-drawing charges if Photo A is submitted but edits are made based on comparisons to Photo B (or C, D, or E).
For change in photo uploaded after 24 hours, a non-negotiable fee of SGD $7-25 (subjected to drawing style) will be incurred to redraw your photo.
